Dear Alchemists, today I would like to continue my mini-series and again link a worldly topic with poker language. After talking about general life and GTO last week, today I want to write about love and Equilibrium. Having come out of a toxic relationship myself a year ago, it is natural to assume that this could not have been the end of the line. So if you realize too late in a relationship that you have not improved your skills enough and are ultimately being taken advantage of, you should first get back to a more normal level, with or without help. Today, fortunately, more people are also getting help from the head and not just the body for illnesses. If we break down this state, which I called GTO last week, a little further, we can rightly say that we have reached interpersonal equilibrium.  Dear Alchemists, I have decided to fill my blog in the future not only with more or less diary entries. I would like to try in the future at least to improve my writing style and offer you at least a little bit of content.  For this reason I have decided to choose a topic, if I have the time, and write a short text about it. As a topic for this blog I somehow found this topic good: What are the similarities and differences between our general life and GTO.  As you know, in poker language GTO means Game Theory Optimal, now if we relate this to our life, GTO could be called the life we generally call "normal".  Nevertheless, this raises the question of what lives are "normal" in this day and age? Are they the lives that have grown up in a post-war model of family consisting of husband, wife, at least two children, dog and marriage? Many would have answered "yes" to this question in the past and couldn't be further wrong today. Of course, many may share
